Dimitris Christofilopoulos

Dimitris Christofilopoulos is an HR professional currently serving as HR Manager at A&G | Powering Construction, where he leads initiatives across full-cycle recruitment, performance evaluation, training and development, employer branding, and employee relations.

Prior to his current role, he worked at Artemis ITS as both HR Generalist and HR Recruiter, managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee support, retention-related actions, and HR administration. He has also served as Learning and Development Coordinator at HEDNO S.A., where he contributed to the organisation, coordination, and analysis of internal training programs.

Dimitris holds an MBA from European University Cyprus and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Agricultural University of Athens. He is currently pursuing the SHRM-CP certification, further enhancing his expertise and commitment to growth in the field of Human Resources.
