Konstantina Papakosta

Konstantina Papakosta is Secretary General of Migration Policy and an attorney admitted to practice before the Supreme Court and the Council of State, as well as a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2006.

A graduate of the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, she also holds a Master's degree in Civil Law from the same university.

She has held a series of senior legal and institutional roles, including Legal Advisor to the Minister of Health, Scientific Associate of the Hellenic Parliament, member of the Board of OKANA, President of the Board of the Institute of Pharmaceutical Research and Technology S.A., and Legal Associate to the Minister of Migration and Asylum.

Her experience focuses on public administration, legislative oversight, and the provision of legal and regulatory guidance on health, migration, and asylum policy.
