Varun Khosla has served as Managing Director of Dynamic Staffing Services (DSS) since 2004 and is based at the company's global headquarters in New Delhi, India. DSS is an international recruitment and workforce solutions company with 48+ years of experience, 24 offices across 16 countries, and more than 500,000 workers deployed for clients in 30 countries.

He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business, with priority focal areas that include:

• Operational Excellence: Streamlining the recruitment lifecycle from trade testing to deployment.
• Business Development: Expanding the firm's client base while maintaining high retention rates among existing partners.
• Strategic Growth: Identifying global macro-trends to match labor-rich markets with labor-starved industries.
