Vasiliki Gallou

Vasiliki Gallou has been serving as Chief Legal & Compliance Officer of Sunlight Group since September 2020. She is a qualified lawyer with more than 20 years of professional experience and is responsible for all legal and compliance matters of the Group at an international level.

Prior to joining Sunlight Group, she held roles within the Legal Department of Vodafone Greece, where she served as Head of Legal for the last three years of her tenure. Earlier in her career, she worked at leading Greek law firms, gaining extensive experience in commercial and corporate law at both national and European level, as well as significant litigation experience in Greece.

She holds a law degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and an LL.M. in International Business Law from the University of London (Queen Mary), with a specialisation in International Commercial Law and Competition Law.
