Veena Chauhan Tzotzolaki serves as Director of Dynamic Staffing Services (DSS) Greece — an international recruitment and workforce solutions company with 48+ years of experience, 24 offices across 16 countries, and more than 500,000 workers deployed for clients in 30 countries.

She leads the establishment and expansion of DSS's footprint in Greece, driving market development, strategic partnerships, and operational structuring, while aligning international recruitment pipelines with Greek regulatory frameworks and employer needs to deliver compliant, efficient, and scalable deployment models.

Veena is a senior business strategist and international dealmaker with over 30 years of experience across Business Development, Strategy, Operations, Investor Relations, CRM, Sales & Marketing, and complex cross-border transactions. She has worked with and for national companies, international funds, conglomerates, and servicer advisory firms across Europe and Asia.

Earlier in her career, Veena played a pioneering role in Greece's NPL sector, advising Greek financial institutions and international funds on the structuring and development of the country's modern loan servicing ecosystem. Prior to this, she was based in Paris, where she built an extensive international career in the telecommunications sector with French multinationals France Telecom and Alcatel.

She holds dual Greek and British nationality and retains her original Indian citizenship heritage. She speaks several European languages and maintains conversational memory of Punjabi.
