Giouli Kyriakaki

Giouli Kyriakaki is the Chief People Officer of Aegeo Spas, the largest and award-winning wellness centre management company in Greece and Cyprus, with more than 220 locations and 1,300 seasonal employees. She has been with the company since 2008 and has held all key management positions, gaining a comprehensive understanding of operations and the importance of human resources in any organisation.

For the past ten years, she has led the Human Resources department and specialises in recruitment, talent identification and development, the creation and implementation of procedures in compliance with labour laws, and the development of corporate culture, with the aim of supporting the effective functioning of teams.

Her academic background includes an MBA in International Business from the University of East London, an MSc in Human Resources, a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences (Aesthetics and Cosmetology) from the University of Athens, as well as diplomas in Business Strategy and Organisational Psychology from the Athens University of Economics and Business, and specialised training in the use of psychometric tests.
